Before joining Revolution, Rocio was Creative Lead at Chester + Company, where she directed client work for Destination Halifax, Efficiency Nova Scotia and Responsible Gambling NS.
Prior to that, she was Art Director at Extreme Group, where she worked on projects for Nova Scotia Tourism, Bell Aliant, the IWK and Moosehead. She has also worked as a designer at SPOKE Agency and as a communications intern at Marble Media in Toronto.
Rocio has a Bachelor of Advertising from OCAD University in Toronto and a BFA with a minor in Marketing from Mount Allison University in Sackville, NB.
At Revolution, Rocio has inspired creative work for clients the likes of J.D. Irving, Limited, Cooke Aquaculture, the Government of New Brunswick and Saint John Energy.
Born in Chile, Rocio now lives in Rothesay with her husband, where she is an avid urban farmer. She is actually the Founder of the Saint John Plant Exchange, but she says plant exchanges work best when more than one person gets involved. If you’re interested in urban farming, please contact her. Thanks, from all of us.
Rocio also loves being near water and going hiking, which often turns into an adventure, thanks to her underdeveloped sense of direction. “They say not all who wander are lost, but I usually am,” she says.
When asked about her most epic claim to fame, Rocio will tell you about the time she partied in the Champagne Room with Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg’s brother in Moncton. #tbt #notaproductiveFriday
